Leos Helping Brighten YHS
During the winter, Yosemite High School Leos planted daffodils at their school as well as at a retirement/wellness center in Oakhurst. Spring showed up after the snow to reveal the beautiful daffodils. The Leos are sponsored by Bass Lake Lions and Sierra Lions.
Antique & Classic Boat Show
The Bass Lake Lions sponsored the 30th Annual Antique & Classic Boat Show on Saturday, May 14, 2022, at Miller’s Landing. Over 30 beautiful wooden boats filled the docks – coming from southern and northern California. A biplane flyover was an added attraction to this event that was held on a warm, but mild, day. Hundreds viewed the boats while the Bass Lake Lions passed out informational tri-folds and held a raffle to help serve the community throughout the year. It was a great day and we can’t wait for the 31st show scheduled for Saturday, May 20, 2023!
